Attire
Last year 99% of the crowd was decked in full amazing costumes. Don’t be “that guy”, visit Wizard’s Chest in Cherry Creek for your costume.
Drinks
Get drinks faster! Purchase your express drink tickets at multiple ticket booths located throughout the party. This process decreases wait time so you can get your drinks faster.
Age
21+ – MUST HAVE ID TO ENTER!

Parking
Hyatt has a large garage and Marriott is paid parking. There will be over flow parking that attendants will move people to.

Hotel Room Accommodations

• Guest rates will be available so all attendees can partake in the fun and stay the night.  Be safe avoid the DUI!
• Marriott special – Rooms starting at $89
• Also there are Atrium Rooms that overlook the event for $109.  We will be doing a balcony decoration contest for these rooms.

  • You will be able to pick up your tickets starting at 2:00 p.m., day of the event at the entry to the venue.
  • Don’t forget your ID!  Every person must check in at Will Call with their valid ID.  This is for Colorado Liquor Laws.  No person will be allowed into the event without it.
  • Wrist Bands will be put on at the time of you check in.  From that point on you will be able to enter and leave the party as you choose.  Wristbands are water proof so do not worry about them holding up while you get ready for the night of festivities.  They must be worn at all times or you will be asked to leave the event.
  • Confirmation Email will NOT work at the door.  Only a valid ID and CC the tickets were purchased with will allow you to pick up your tickets.
  • Please be patient! The General Admission line is usually the largest around 8:00 p.m.. We will process everyone as quickly as possible but please be patient; early check will allow you to avoid lines and is to help alleviate waits at the beginning of the event.

  By using your ticket to gain admittance to event you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Indemnification:  Attendee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold The Collective Events, its members, staff, sponsors and Venue harmless of and from all loss, cost, expenses, or damage with respect to any injury to person or property of any kind.
  • Force Majure: The Collective Events shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance under this Agreement due to a cause beyond its reasonable control. “Event of Force Majure” includes: acts of God and the public enemy; flood, earthquake, tornado, storm, fire, civil disobedience, labor disputes, labor or material shortages, or sabotage, restraint by court order or public authority (whether valid or invalid). In the event of such delay, The Collective Events has the right to make reasonable attempt to provide something similar style and value. Date for reschedule will vary based on original event preparation.

  • Refunds: There are NO refunds for any reason for this Denver Halloween Party.
